Ulster University, known for its innovation and research, operates three main campuses in Northern Ireland and partners globally, serving 30,000 students from 70 countries. With the rise of remote learning and work, the university prioritized a consistent, collaborative experience across all locations and devices. To meet evolving needs and ensure meeting equity, it recognized the need to modernize outdated video conference equipment that lacked functionality and demanded high support. The focus shifted to standardization, security, and delivering a high-quality, seamless video conferencing experience.
